I am a certified Language and Soft Skills Corporate Trainer with Six Sigma certification that enables me to train concepts with the right logic. Equipped with international education and several years of working and living abroad, I have a deep understanding of both cultures and use this knowledge to provide personalized guidance and counselling to students.
Training and development are my passion and forte. I have successfully contributed to the Human Resources function at various education and banking organizationsin India, U.K. and Australia before returning to India to start BRZEE Academy, where quality of service and honesty in delivery, matter most.
I am Mona Sharma. I have done my masters in management from IISWB&M Kolkatta and Mass Communication from BILAMS, Kolkatta. I have been a certified communication coach and a soft skills trainer for the past 18 years and have worked in some of the premier institutes like Career Launcher, IMS and TIME. Public speaking and impressive oratory is my forte. At BRZEE Academy I impart learning through reasoning (through analogies), discovery and inquiry. To build strong relationships, I believe in, and hone interpersonal skills to ensure clear and effective communication with correct voice modulation, choice of words, and right expression.
I hold several years of experience in various industries which helps me connect with students from different industries and backgrounds. I am a Communication skills trainer at BRZEE Academy. My teaching methodology includes interactive learning sessions, role plays, group discussions, audio video sessions coupled with writing, reading and listening activities and assessments.
I am Vivian. I have done my bachelor’s in commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and a Post Graduate Diploma in Event Management from NIEM, Mumbai. I have work experience from a few MNC’s over the years where I have given Voice and Accent Training. My training style is fun and entertaining which eases students and allows them to learn effectively. At BRZEE Academy I impart learning by giving my students fun activities, and by challenging them with impromptu elocution that help them in understanding the use of proper vocabulary and being articulate. The best part about teaching here is that I get to inspire a lot of people with my positiveness and help them see a better version of themselves, who is someone with great diction and a fantastic command over English.
